Chains from major brands (e.g. DID, Regina, RK, etc.) can be separated and riveted with hollow rivet master links. For use, only a 19mm hex key or a socket wrench is required. The chain tool consists of the main power transmission tool and a patented positioning device for mounting the master link, which is characterized by a completely new and simple slide-on possibility for the side plate of the chain master link. This newly developed magnetic positioning ensures simple and very precise mounting of the side plate of the chain master link. The available printed version and the magnets in the pressure plate hold the two parts of the chain master link and allow, through the guide, a precise, easy and practical alignment of the chain lock parts to each other. This is crucial for damage-free mounting of the chain master link, and can be checked at any time through the recesses in the pressure plate. Furthermore, the magnets ensure that the positioning of the chain pins stays in place and does not need to be constantly readjusted. With the main tool, the positioning unit can be used to press the side plate of the chain master link; a step that can be very time-consuming and stressful without the new positioning device. The pressure - and backing - plate are designed so that they extend through the adjacent chain links, so you can see with the naked eye during assembly of the chain master link, when the tab is properly pushed onto the two pins. Otherwise frequent damage to the chain or chain master link are to a large extent excluded by assembly errors. It is suitable for all 4, 5 and 6 series pitch chains. It can separate chains from all major brands and rivet them with hollow rivet master links. !!! ATTENTION !!! ACCESSORIES !!!! The tool is suitable when you use the rivet head former for solid rivet master links. Recommended torque: 4-series chains: 10Nm 5-series chains: 20Nm 6-series chains: 25Nm A torque of more than 35 Nm can damage the tool!
