KUKKO® 3-jaw puller, series 30+S The narrow, thin S-type pulling hooks are particularly suitable for extracting gear wheels, bearings, pinions, and synchronizer rings in hard-to-reach places and tight spaces. Can be used as an external and internal puller by reversing the pulling hooks Also suitable for extracting asymmetrical parts The manual adjustment knobs allow for quick loosening, continuous moving, and fixing of the pulling hooks on the crossbar without a wrench. The three arms guarantee an even load distribution and thus particularly secure hold on the part to be extracted Parallel pulling hooks in all positions, even under maximum load The part to be extracted rests exclusively on the large support surfaces of the pulling hooks and is thus extracted gently. The crossbars have a hexagonal profile on which a wrench can be applied for counter-holding if necessary The spindle heads are equipped with a collar that prevents the wrench from slipping during the extraction operation. Optional rod extensions allow easy adaptation of the gripping depth to the application. GLIDE & FIX technology - The optimized geometry of the crossbar and slides ensures particularly easy movement, but also solid fixing, of the pulling hooks on the crossbar. QUICK-ADJUST technology - Allows, thanks to the manual adjustment knobs, quick loosening and moving of the pulling hooks without a wrench. SELFLOCK technology - By turning the locking screw, the hooks are tightened centrally and thus grip firmly around the part to be extracted. This prevents the hooks from moving or slipping.
