Product details

The best filter in the world is useless if there are leaks at the airbox seal. Twin Air's PowerFlow kits ensure a reliable, airtight fit thanks to a rigid and lightweight aluminum cage replacing the original plastic cage, and if needed, a machined aluminum flange securely fixed to the airbox. PowerFlow kits are custom-designed for each application to optimize airflow, improve the sealing surface, remove the restrictive backfire screen, and facilitate maintenance. All kits include a pre-oiled BIO Factory air filter. Replacements available separately. 2-stroke kits include a Twin Air filter and a rigid, lightweight machined aluminum cage that replaces the fragile original plastic cage, offering perfect sealing with the airbox The 4-stroke kit replaces the airflow-restricting backfire screen with a laminated inner screen fitted with a layer of flame-retardant foam The kit for the YZ450F 10-13 model also includes a complete airbox that increases intake volume just like an exhaust plug, a cage, and a mounting kit.
