Ergonomically designed for touring, the SP-X BOA Drystar® boots offer unprecedented comfort on long journeys. The waterproof and breathable Drystar® membrane is remarkably effective in rainy weather. With their robust and grippy sole, these boots work wonders in all conditions and terrain, whether worn on the bike or off. Side-entry mechanism incorporating the BOA quick-lacing system, allowing for fast, precise, and secure closure The upper is made from a combination of elaborate microfiber, knitted mesh, and thermoplastic polyurethane (TPU) co-injected with elastane, providing both comfort, breathability, and efficiency. Equipped with a Drystar® lining proven effective in all weather, which remains waterproof while being highly breathable The rubber sole is made from a special compound that offers good grip and excellent absorption and incorporates a shank that increases its rigidity. The sole, designed for sport, incorporates an ultra-flexible structure (durable insole) so that walking comfort is maximized. Gear shift pad made of TPU, for effective protection of the top of the foot TPU inserts are strategically placed on the side of the toe and on the side of the calf for optimal flex and protection. The TPU heel counter is designed to simultaneously protect this sensitive area from impacts and provide additional support and security. Dual-density ankle protectors are strategically positioned between the upper and the padded lining to preserve key areas. The internal shin reinforcement is located under the upper and protects this vital area from impacts. 36% microfiber, 24% polyurethane, 21% polyester, and 19% TPU. Lining: 72% polyester and 28% synthetic.
