Product details

Tectyl Multipurpose Amber is a solvent-based wax corrosion inhibitor. It displaces water well and penetrates well. It is therefore perfectly suited for corrosion protection in a wide range of applications, for example vehicles, boats, households, and industry. Application Tectyl Multipurpose Amber delivers maximum performance when sprayed at an ambient and product temperature of 10-25°C. Shake the can well before use. When spraying, maintain a distance of approximately 30 cm from the surface to be sprayed. Tectyl Multipurpose Amber dries quickly, consequently an orange peel effect can occur if individual layers are applied too thickly. It is advisable to apply one layer per pass, wait 2 to 3 minutes and then spray another layer. Continue this process until the required layer thickness is achieved. Technical data Propellant type: propane, butane Recommended dry film thickness: 50 Flash point; PMCC: < 0°C Volatile organic compound content in concentrate ISO 11890-2 (10. 4): 634 g/l.
