Product details
The MHR Multivar was created to renew and perfect the Multivar transmission system, as well as to exploit its exceptional technical characteristics. This new variator is the evolution of previous generations, born from the multi-year experience gained on the circuits and from the Cad-Cam technology available today, and it allows to achieve performance at the highest levels.
The work of the technicians was particularly focused on the operation of the variator in low gear, gaining even more acceleration and pickup as well as improving linearity, keeping the engine speed almost unchanged during the entire variator change phase.
The tolerances between the hub and the bushing have been reduced and the roughness minimized to obtain a truly incomparable variator!

- Improved change linearity throughout the phase
- Hard anodized treatment in black color
- Roller excursion ramp modified to allow better linear operation to keep engine speed at maximum power
- Sliding bushing in ground cemented steel
- Hub in ground cemented chrome steel
- New monolithic rollers in even more high-performance material
- Supplied with two different sets of rollers and two shims to change the change curve speed of your vehicle by perfectly adjusting speed and acceleration
- For use with the original variator flange.
