Preparing your order
As soon as payment is confirmed, the order enters preparation in our Brussels warehouse. Orders confirmed before 2 pm on a working day ship the same day; others ship the next working day.
Every part is checked, protected with padding suited to its weight and fragility, then scanned on departure. You receive an e-mail at each step: confirmation, shipment with the tracking number, delivery.
- Order before 2 pm (working day): shipped the same day.
- Bulky parts (tyres, complete exhausts, engine blocks): dedicated carrier, lead time shown in the basket.
- An order containing a back-ordered item ships complete unless you ask for a partial shipment.
Carriers, lead times and fees by country
The carrier, lead time and rate depend on the delivery country. The values below are those applied in the basket; lead times are in working days after shipment.

Shipping fees and free delivery
Shipping fees are calculated in the basket according to the country and total weight. When a free-delivery threshold exists for your country, it is shown in the table above and reminded in the basket.
Bulky items and tyres are not covered by free delivery: their rate is calculated separately and shown before payment.
Parcel damaged on arrival
A dented box does not always mean a damaged part, but it is better to be safe. If the packaging is visibly damaged on delivery:
- State precise reservations with the driver (or refuse the parcel if the damage is obvious).
- Photograph the closed parcel, then the part, before discarding the packaging.
- Report it to us within 48 hours from your order page ("Report a problem") or by e-mail with the photos.
- We resend the part or refund you: the claim with the carrier is our responsibility.
Late or lost parcel
Carrier tracking can stay frozen for 24 to 48 hours without the parcel being lost. After 5 working days without movement, write to us: we open an enquiry with the carrier, which usually takes 5 to 10 working days.
If the parcel is declared lost, we resend the order or refund you in full, as you prefer.
Frequently asked questions
Can I choose my carrier?
The carrier is assigned according to the country and parcel weight to guarantee the best lead time. For a specific need (pick-up point, delivery by appointment), add a note to your order or contact us before shipment.
Do you deliver to pick-up points?
Depending on the country and carrier, a pick-up point may be offered when choosing delivery. If it does not appear, delivery is made to the address given.
Can I change the address after ordering?
As long as the order has not shipped, write to us with the order number and the new address. Once the parcel has left, the change depends on the carrier and is not guaranteed.
Do you ship outside the European Union?
Yes, to some countries (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway): any import duties and taxes are payable by the recipient and are not included in the price.
